Path to a Job: sharing good practices for youth employability

11/2016 - Araba

Between October 17 and 21, we had the opportunity to attend the second training session for the organisations that conform Path to a Job: Youth Inclusion through Employability. Fundación Adsis (Spain), Mondo Digitale Foundation (Italy), Vinarós City Council (Spain) and Friday People (UK), are part of this Erasmus+ project, dedicated to sharing and developing good practices to improve the employability of young people at risk.

Five professionals from our Center for Basic Vocational Training, in Vitoria, participated in the workshops held in Rome, where they were able to debate over new training models and the use of new technologies as key tools to access employment. This is the second time we hold a training session within the project. The first one, held in April in the United Kingdom, meant an important advance in our knowledge about the problematics young people at risk of exclusion share in different countries, helping us generate shared views on possible solutions.

We will continue to work within the framework of the 'Path to a Job' project for the training, participation and active citizenship of young people. The results of this joint work are published on the project website, where you can read the good practices shared by the organisations: www.pathtoajob.eu
